İzmir’in Torbalı ilçesi Çapak Mahallesi’nde bir zincir markete ait ürünleri taşımakta olan sürücü, park ettiği aracında yaşamını yitirmiş halde bulundu.

Geçtiğimiz gece, 52 yaşındaki tır şoförü Ahmet Vedat Şahin, 34 EZB 352 plakalı tırla, markete ait depoya malzeme bırakmak üzere vardığında, geceyi araba içinde geçirdi. Sabah saatlerinde iş yerindeki çalışanların, Şahin’i uyandırma çabaları sonuç vermedi. Endişelenen çalışanlar, tırın camını kırarak içeri girdi. Olay yerine intikal eden sağlık ekipleri, yaptıkları ilk değerlendirmede Şahin’in hayatını kaybettiğini belirledi. Şahin’in cesedi, kesin ölüm sebebinin tespiti amacıyla İzmir Adli Tıp Kurumu morguna götürüldü.

Olayla ilgili olarak soruşturma başlatıldığı belirtildi.
